Rita and Yair got in touch with me less than a week from their wedding day. This was a backup plan of a backup plan that was being pulled together after the couple both got Covid days before their wedding that was supposed to be in Chicago. Thankfully they were not sick but tested before traveling to be safe. They were not going to let the trials of the year keep them from marrying and I’m so glad I got pulled into the whirlwind week. We found some gorgeous spots to take portraits before the ceremony then headed to Stonegate Manor in Benton Harbor. The couple shared cake and a toast with their closest friends and relatives that could make it. We then headed to the beach to finish the day together. Nothing is better than a day that takes you to the lake. This was no exception. So happy for this beautiful couple!
